1. Service Description

HTX Automations provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses. We provision a dedicated phone number and AI voice agent that answers calls on your behalf, captures leads, and books appointments according to your configuration.

The Starter plan includes up to 500 minutes of AI call handling per month. Usage beyond 500 minutes may result in additional charges or service throttling at our discretion.

You agree not to use the service for:

5. Service Availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Vapi), network issues, or force majeure events.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible through your dashboard.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms our infrastructure or other customers. Upon termination, your phone number and AI agent will be deprovisioned.

8. Limitation of Liability

HTX Automations is not liable for missed calls, incorrect AI responses, lost business, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
